We are not native to Saigon.

Being from another place gave us perspective. We were overwhelmed by a Saigon story, and we want to bring our vision of that to the world.

Arriving in Saigon opened up our world in unexpected ways. Expressiveness and character of the history and lifestyle inspired us and colored our lives. Through offerings in food, drink, product and space, we can collect and share that illuminating vision of Saigon, with the rest of the world.
