Sivananda Yoga Resort and Training Center will be a year-round yoga retreat and training center for yoga students, practioners, spiritual seekers, and those looking for a healthier way of life with more meaning. We wil be offering:

- Daily yoga classes bringing a state of well-being for the body, mind, and spirit.
- Time in nature, in a secluded envioronment offering a chance to bring us back to a natural state of health and well-being.
- Opportunity to discover your inner beauty through the daily practice.
- Courses for all levels of practitioners, from beginners to advanced.
Yoga teachers from around the world will come during the year to offer in depth Yoga study.
- Come any time of the year and partake in the daily ashram program.
