Quỹ Đầu tư Phát triển Bình Dương (BDIF) là một tổ chức tài chính Nhà nước nhằm mục đích tiếp nhận vốn ngân sách, vốn tài trợ, viện trợ; huy động các nguồn vốn trung và dài hạn từ các tổ chức, cá nhân trong và ngoài nước; quản lý vốn ủy thác; phát hành trái phiếu chính quyền địa phương.

BDIF thực hiện chức năng đầu tư tài chính, cho vay đầu tư, góp vốn thành lập doanh nghiệp; ủy thác cho vay đầu tư phát triển cơ sở hạ tầng kinh tế – xã hội của tỉnh Bình Dương.
BDIF is a local state financial institution of Binh Duong province.
We receive capital from province's budget, sponsor and aid capital sources; mobilize medium and long term capital from both domestic and overseas oganisations and individuals in accordance with the laws to generate the capital sources to carry out the projects of infrastructure and socioeconomic development of Binh Duong province; Receive and manage entrustment capital from both domestic and overseas oganizations and individuals to carry out activities in accordance with entrustment contracts; manage activities of Credit guarantee fund for small and medium enterprises, Housing development fund, Land development fund of Binh Duong; invest directly & lend capital for investment
& entrustment investment, contribute capital to establish companies.
